We were defrauded by Paul Kobia in early 2017. He promised to assist us with the shipment of dore gold from Uganda on to the USA. We paid him about $ 250,000 USD over 6 months for insurance, storage fees and documents. He brought a woman to meet with us who he told us was his wife, but she is not the woman shown in the news photos of the wife he recently divorced. Kobia told us he had to have his wife sign some of the documents he promised us, but that she refused to sign them, so he could not honor his promises. He blamed his failure to perform on the woman he claimed was his wife. He later told us he had to enter the hospital so we could not communicate with him further. He is a liar, scammer and thief!
